在此背景下,京瓷开发了一种高精度的TCXO,它具有更好的TCXO(温度补偿晶体振荡器)特性,在移动通信终端设备中拥有最高的份额* 。目前,它正在为5G基站量产。
高精度 TCXO可将频率相对于温度的稳定性稳定在智能手机中常用的 TCXO 的 1/10 左右。
此外,通过使用在小型有源晶振的开发中培养的变化少的晶体单元,可以提供具有极好的温度特性的产品。
目前实际用于5G基站作为参考时钟,实现低时延通信。
