LV-PECL差分晶体振荡器X1G005221002800满足低消耗电流的特点
日本爱普生晶振SG3225EEN,是一款LV-PECL输出差分晶体振荡器,小体积尺寸3.2x2.5mm六脚贴片晶振,有源晶振,电源电压2.5V,3.3V,频率范围可提供25M至200MHZ任意一频点具有低电源电压,满足产品低消耗电流的特点。差分晶振LVDS,LV-PECL,HCSL三态输出模式,爱普生有源晶体SG3225EEN则是差分LV-PECL输出模式,具有低消耗电流,低抖动,低功耗,低耗能,低损耗,低相位噪声,低电平,高品质等特点,满足不同产品需求可提供频率稳定偏差+-20PPM,+-50PPM,+-100PPM,多种选择。工作温度可达到-40℃至+85℃以及-40℃至+105℃,在电源电压最低时,震荡启动时间所需时间仅0秒。
